Windowbox.com started with Zylink in 2002.
They began on the Windows Gold Plan, our top level shared
plan. They now own several servers which we support in
our datacenter. We continue to provide managed hosting
services to this successful e-commerce site. |

While we do offer specialized professional
services on an hourly basis, we also include a lot of support
within our hosting plans. We see ourselves as partners
in the development of growing web sites. We like to
offer our expertise to those who are in the growth phase of
their businesses. Many of our customers have started out
on basic shared hosting plans and gradually moved up to having
multiple, owned servers. We've helped them every step of

Zylink can provide standard web
development services. Because our main customer base is
web developers and designers, we try not to compete with them
for this work. Instead, we frequently utilize this
network of developers for design work when we are approached
for design projects. In these cases we manage the project to
provide a single source of contact to the end customer.
We also do a lot of database work and server-side scripting
with in-house professionals. This is often quite useful
to our webmaster clients who can use some extra help. |

Worldscreen, one of the leading television
trade publications, began hosting with Zylink in 2002. This
site was brought to us by one of our developer clients who
needed assistance with developing the back end. We
designed the back end, which allows Worldscreen staff to
update content daily through an administrative interface. |

Zylink worked with the SQL database and
the back-end administrative processes for The
Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles
County.
